  A. Introduction  

According to reports it is found that when someone asked a cardiologist “What’s one thing you would never do as a Cardiologist”, the answer was” I would never smoke anything”. That shows the effect of smoking. Simply heart attack is a blockage of an artery that sends blood and oxygen to the heart. It happens when a part of the blood does not get enough blood.

Nowadays, it seems that many young people suffer from heart attacks. It has become a serious problem in life. Many people are losing their lives from these diseases. Since the eating habits of people are horrible, they are not conscious and watchful about what they are eating and diet.


  1. Causes of Heart Attack  

The main causes of heart attack are:

a)White Salt

According to AHS(American Heart Association) an adult human body, especially those with high blood pressure, needs 2300 milligrams (1 teaspoon) of salt in a day. Having a habit of consuming above this regularly creates a problem.

b)Refined sugar

Refined Sugar

According to AHS(American Heart Association) added sugar limit of no more than 100 calories per day (about  6 teaspoons) for most adult women and no more than 150 calories per day(about 9 teaspoons) for most men.

Excessive consumption of refined can even cause the problem of Diabetes, obesity, and so on.

It is found that regular consumption of refined flour can disturb and hamper your long-term digestion and it gets stuck to your intestines.

Having healthy foods and drinks.

Mainly don’t smoke.

Get physical activity.

Keep a healthy weight.
